ReplyDeleteI increased the contrast of the picture a slight amount. Then I lessened the saturation just a little bit. After I got the coloring that I liked, I sharpened the image.
I then created a duplicate layer which I used the 'radial blur' effect. But instead of having it be a circular blur, I made it zoom out - as if going into light speed! That layer was on top of the first layer, so I just erased the part about her face to give it a sharper look.
Then I flattened the image and voila! There it is for you adore. :)
